So as I mentioned, I played a show Saturday at Rockwood. After the show, I was standing outside the venue, where all the day's performers were listed in a case. We were trying to get a picture, and my friend David Ashford shot this tiny little video. It's literally 2 seconds long! Haha. As David says, he caught a glimpse of my "adorable self."
Anyway, how is your Monday going? I was pretty excited to see Game of Thrones and the finale of Walking Dead last night, but both were a bit disappointing. Game of Thrones had a lot of story exposition, and Walking Dead was just a bit... anticlimactic. Oh well. Still looking forward to the rest of the season.
Well, I've got a few lessons to teach, so I'm outta here in a bit! Hope the start of your week was lovely :) xx
♥ watch my new video for "just the way you are" on youtube!! ♥

thank you chris! you are delightful as well :) xx
DeleteI too was disappointed in the Walking Dead on Sunday night! Although - I have yet to see Game of Thrones and I'm hoping it doesn't disappoint too! I REALLY love Game of Thrones so it rarely disappoints for me :)
ReplyDeletei couldn't believe that was the finale!! evidently, stuff went down way different in the comics. and yeah, game of thrones is really crazy/ awesome :) xx
DeleteOk, that was too cute Chantilly! Sounds like you are one busy bee, which is a sweet thing with all the shows & your new job & music endeavors you are taking on. Cheers to that! I feel ya on the pressure to blog with sponsors thing (I just read your last post). I've been considering the same thing myself as my labor draws closer - and time for blogging & commenting has dwindled a bit. Though I will say Passionfruit makes things a heck of a lot easier if you do decide to start sponsorship back up (I still email all my sponsors -to keep things personal & friendly- their address is listed when they take out an ad). Hope everything else in your world is kick ass as usual :-).
ReplyDeleteLove ya,
Marisa
totally. i just took a week off, and it felt great! but i don't necessarily feel like i could've had the freedom to do that if my sponsors were still up. i think taking some time off for your labor sounds like a great idea and would take a lot of stress off of you :)

Game of thrones is a great show and I am glad I got to watch it from the comfort of my own home...last time I saw an episode was on a transatlantic flight and let me tell you people do not take kindly to the girl watching racy sex scenes. Haha, adorable video.
ReplyDeleteomg!! haha. yes, those sex scenes are a bit much sometimes. x
