If you've been following my blog for awhile, you know that I love the beach. I grew up going to the beach every summer. And like any ignorant little kid, I had absolutely no sense of how lucky I was to experience this until I left Rhode Island. So taking a break in order to spend some time with the beach in another land was such an amazing relief.
So I guess this week is going to be the unofficial week of Puerto Rico here on the blog! I've got some lovely images to share from our beautiful trip. I hope you like them, and that you can imagine being there with me, too!
I know this is going to sound really American-touristy, but we spent a lot of time at our hotel. Only because it was directly on the beach, and it was hard to get around anywhere else. We did have a car, but the roads were small and windy, and the drivers were aggressive. It was stressful for me to drive with these conditions, so we didn't go to a lot of places out of our way.
We did, however, get some beautiful and relaxing views of the scenery.
There will be a lot more pictures this week- including a horseback riding trip! I'd never done this before, so it was really exciting. Hope you all are having a beautiful day!
♥ watch my new video for "just the way you are" on youtube!! ♥

Lovely photos! (Also, am digging your dreamcatcher necklace! Oddly enough, I just bought a miniature brass hoop yesterday with the intent to make something similar!)
