It was colder than expected this weekend. I shivered my way through Saturday in this outfit, as we ran some errands and somehow found ourselves at Grand Central.
You know, I would give anything for a good spring/ fall jacket. I've got my old, trusty jean jacket that I love and utilize frequently. There are a few problems with that item though- such as when I wear actual jeans. I'm kinda screwed then, and yes, I am sometimes forced to rock the denim-on-denim :P And sadly, my cute little jean jacket was too thin to wear with this here outfit, on that unexpectedly blustery Saturday.
dress- modcloth/ sweater- target/ socks- sock dreams
Still- boyfriends who buy you surprise cupcakes are nice. They help make up for a lot of things. Like cold spring days and double-denim conundrums.

ReplyDeleteHow funny; I ended up in Grand Central by chance on Saturday too! I somehow was sucked into the bookstore and left with "Moonwalking With Einstein," though--interesting, but not quite as tasty as a cupcake :)
