I know it looks like I'm about to show you a recipe for salsa, but guess again. Haha. Instead, I've got three ways to make a lovely and refreshing cucumber mask. Perfect way to beat the heat and stay beautiful :)

STUFF TO KNOW
+ For each recipe, I used a 1/3 cucumber pureed in my magic bullet, plus the other ingredients... so basically I used a whole cucumber to make all three recipes.
+ Your recipe might be a bit "prettier", plus easier to turn into a paste if you peel your cucumbers first.
+ To make a less watery mixture, cut out and discard the seeds.
+ Even if your mask mixture is not watery, it will be drippy. It might have a hard time staying on your face if you are sitting upright. For best results, make it a full siesta and apply it lying down! (I had the best skin-sticking results when oats were added- see photo above!)
+ Alternately, you can choose to make your mask watery on purpose, then brush the water-like substance all over your face.
CUCUMBER LEMON AND HONEY MASK
+ 1/3 Cucumber, pureed
+ 1/2 Lemon, juiced
+ 1 Tbs honey
CUCUMBER BLUEBERRY AND OATS MASK
+ 1/3 Cucumber, pureed
+ Handful of blueberries
+ 2 Tbs oats
CUCUMBER COCONUT AND EGG MASK
+ 1/3 Cucumber, pureed
+ 1/2 Tsp coconut oil
+ 1 Egg white
Will keep in the fridge for a little less than a week!

Mm, those look good enough to eat, haha...did your face feel better after you applied them? I love putting cucumber slices on my eyes so a cucumber mask seems like a no-brainer. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Gigi! My face felt really good afterward... though it was most effective at de-puffing the eye area. After I applied some moisturizer (I use coconut oil), my skin felt and looked great!
Deletethe blueberry and oats mask sounds amazing! i love how no-fuss these recipes are.

Glad you like them! My aim is to make them no-fuss. Ain't nobody got time for a "simple" 42-step cucumber mask tutorial. Haha.
